PCB Layout Service
1. Files needed: Schematic (DSN or PowerLogic), netlist, package, structure chart (DXF), Components file, layout requirements etc.
2. Layout and wiring judgment: according to the design standard, design instruction, customer's design requirements and related checklist.
3. Layout check and confirm: provide layout file and structure file for customers to check if the layout makes sense and confirm the stack-up program, impedance program, structure and package, also confirm the trace specification.
4. Layout file output: PCB original file, Gerber file, pick and place file, framed stencil file and structure file etc.

For mass production batch, our delivery is about 10 days.

For PCBA, we need you to offer us a method or test fixture for the function test.Before that, our inspectors will use microscope and X-ray to check the IC footwelding or bad solder etc.
